This is indeed my very first post. And basically the first step in attempting to document my baking adventures, relegated to weekend intervals, sandwiched as they are by plenty of not-so-adventurous pursuits. I am self taught. Read that as “will improvise a lot”. Passion, enthusiasm, much sugar, chocolate and gluten will be frequently mentioned, so follow if you’re like-minded. I suggest visiting on an empty stomach.
