Hiya! I’m doing a quick drive-by post to show off a loaf made by a recipe from KJ from Need to Knead, for Hokkaido Milk Bread.
This was such an incredibly satisfying loaf that, after trying it for the first time last week, I had to bake it all over again yesterday. It was unanimously loved by all in the family – we made some mean toasted cheese sandwiches with it today.
